Developing Point 2

Using the Stop Light

The idea for this came from an Asthma Action Plan.  This Action plan sets boundaries to recognize uncontrolled asthma or when there is attack. Following the color of lights, each has a course of action to take. It is this idea that I applied to coping and being able to self recognize a crisis. I took it a step farther for identifying coping strategies and  the ones that work best that vital in an emergency to prevent suicide.
