My HEART GOES out to All of You that have been hurt from suicide. It is not your fault!! There are times when life is hard, difficult, and painful. KYVO gets it -that sometimes life just SUCKS!! Which is why we are here. We provide tools and support to help you navigate your way through it. Just like we each have different thrushhold for physical pain. It would reason then that the same would be true for emotional and mental pain. That not only do we experience different intensities of pain, but we have differing capabilities for dealing with it. Suicide happens when the body is overwhelmed by mental and emotional pain. Just like genetics have predisposition in physical health it does the same in mental health. Just like medicine mitigates our risk of developing certain diseases so it is the same in mental health. The difference is: in medicine doctors understand the contributing factors that lead up to things like heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. They make recommendations to patients to mitigate that risk to increase both the quality and quantity of life. In mental health the risk that needs mitigated is suicide and what today are called causes of suicides are the risks of suicide requiring mitigations. Meaning no one is at fault. As much as we want to control the behavior of others we can't. The only one who could have changed the outcome is the one that cause it. The "what ifs" " could haves", and "should haves" are the rabbit holes of despair. They are tempting roads that don't lead any where. They will only hurt you more. Find solace in the life and love you shared. That piece of them will always remain with you.
Life is hard. It really sucks sometimes. And we believe you can not only get through it — you'll be a better version of yourself for having done it. KYVO is here to help you thrive, not just survive because tomorrow always needs you.
