The Emergency Plan

KYVO and this approach to suicide prevention is new and not everyone will have had a chance to develop a DREAM to LIVE plan before needing it. Should you find yourself in this situation then this page is for you.

First- I beg you to please DON’T Do IT!! I understand the horrible pain you must be feeling, but I also know the pain from a completed suicide is a far worse. There are people who really do love you and they will be deeply hurt, even if you have trouble believing it. I wish I could provide more than just these crisis lines and the links to other pages on this site. I really wish I could offer more to you to help make the dream to live an easier option for you, and I will as these resources become available. Unfortunately, you are the only one in control of this ultimate choice. You need to be with people. If there are no friends or family available, then recognize you are in pain, and need medicine which in this case is being around people. A movie, getting food out, the library, or a favorite activity will help break that cycle of fog. However, if you are truly alone, and not finding relief, DON’T HESITATE to CALL 911 and go to the hospital. NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT than YOU, YOUR SAFETY and WELL-BEING.

I have included the crisis lines below as talking to someone may help. However, if you are unable to find relief DON’T HESITATE to CALL 911 and go to the hospital. I repeat: NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT than YOU, YOUR SAFETY and WELL_BEING.
